Hi, I’m 52-year-old Osteopath and Pelvic Health Coach with over 25 years in the fitness industry — but my real expertise comes from living it. I had my daughter at 23 with a vaginal delivery, and my 20s and 30s were filled with gynaecological challenges: UTIs, pelvic pain, laparoscopies, and a large ovarian cyst removed at 37. At 39, I had a hysterectomy. In my 40s, I hit rock bottom — not just physically, but emotionally too. I lost my husband, my hormones went haywire, and I felt like I was completely loosing it. Then came the pelvic floor issues — two prolapses, stress incontinence, and scar tissue that left me facing the possibility of surgery.
But now...
I’ve re-married and I’m super happy.
I can run, ride, and move freely — no leaks, no limits.
I’ve completed multiple endurance events.
My hormones are balanced.
I manage pelvic pain naturally with yoga, stretching, breathwork, and meditation.
I've avoided surgery!
And best of all? I can go out with my best friend and laugh 'til I cry — without peeing myself! 😆
