About

My name is Jayne Murphy

Adore your pelvic floor

In my thirties, I had multiple gynaecological surgeries due to severe health issues.  After a full hysterectomy at 39 I faced further challenges  at 46, including the loss of my husband, brother and pets over three years.  This period left me feeling lost and struggling with various physical and emotional symptoms.  Despite medical visits my symptoms remained undiagnosed until blood tests indicated I was peri menopausal.  Although advised to take anti-depressants I didn't feel depressed just really out of sorts and out of control.

I'm an osteopath and to maintain my  registration I engage in continuous professional development.  Attending a CPD lecture on HRT and breast cancer sparked my interest.  I contacted the Dr who presented the lecture, booked an appointment with her and after a private consultation I felt relief discussing my symptoms and working out my well-being plan.  Three years later I've made progress despite occasional challenges like a recent POP diagnosis (pelvic organ prolapse).  I now educate others on female heath, offering workshops, an online pelvic floor course using the  Adore Your Pelvic Floor program and have frequent interesting webinars.  I plan to become a women's health and nutritional coach by the end of this year.
